Chuck Harre
Board Chair

Dr. Harré with his wife, Angela, founded an individual and organizational behavioral specialist/evaluator business, 2ove1, LLC, which supports over 30 organizations with over 65 topics. Topics range from leadership, strategic planning, organizational health assessments, relationship strengthening, anger/stress/financial management and suicide prevention/intervention for business professionals, schools and organizations. Skill include counseling, licensed social worker, registered nurse, para para-professionals and other well being professionals
Dr. Chuck Harré was past Vice President of CAS Group, KBR-Wyle Corporation (over $3 billion in revenue) located in El Paso, Texas. He led a technically based team throughout the U.S. and several overseas locations.
His education includes a PhD, Electrical Engineering, MS, Electrical Engineering, MA, Business, and BS, General Engineering (Aerospace Engineering) from the United States Military Academy at West Point.. Dr. Harré is the Past Chairman of the Board for the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce and served as Chairman of the Armed Forces Division, Business Development Division and Finance Chair. He was also Past-President of the West Point Society for the El Paso Area and served on the Southwest Character Council, as Vice President of the El Paso Teen Challenge Board and Vice President for the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) board and an ordained minister. Dr. Harré is Past Chairman of a Regional Military Committee for El Paso/FT Bliss, Las Cruces, NM/White Sands Missile Range and Alamogordo, NM/Hollman Air Force Base.
Dr. Harré serves as Chairman of the Board for Goodwill Industries El Paso. Served as the treasurer on a church board, and assisted in starting two churches. He was awarded the Veteran Owner Small Business Champion by the Small Business Administration.

Christine Blanco

Christine Blanco is born and raised in El Paso and has a passion to give back to her community.  She brings to the Board over 15 years of Retail Management experience with 8 of those years in HR Management. After learning of the Goodwill Industries mission, she is ready to utilize her skills in helping grow the organization.

Angela Harre

Angela Harré is a native El Pasoan.
After high school she pursued her desire and was involved in servicing El Paso through leadership in the church. Her involvement and growth in church ministry led her to assist in starting and organizing  private school funding as well as start and grow two churches locally.  She is now an ordained minister.
During that time she also became an entrepreneur, helping women by empowering them, leading them to independence where she was given  various awards and recognition for leading 100 different women throughout her eight year journey in that  one business.
Her involvement in the community opened a door for her to pursue servicing the surrounding Community through her business she started 2love1.
Her training and certification and experience, Behavioral Evaluator and Certified Instructor,  has led her to  provide Direction, guidance and empowerment to Leadership, Business owners, local businesses, colleges, and corporations.
Her business provides empowerment and guidance, direction and skills  to include family’s, marriages individuals not only on a business level but as well a professional level.
She also has served on local Boards, as treasurer Fundraising- chair,  and is currently serving on the Board of Goodwill (to provide employment to those with employment barriers ) as a Committee chair.

Adam Garcia Amador

Adam Garcia Amador is doctoral student in the Department of Educational Leadership and Administration at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico. He has a Bachelor degree in Elementary Education and two Master degrees, one in Educational Leadership and the other in Human Performance and Sport from New Mexico Highlands University, in Las Vegas New Mexico.  Along with two other collaborators, he was recently published in the Journal of Equity & Excellence in Education.  His other work includes writing and research to inform Latino Educational Leadership across the PK-20 pipeline.  He attended Howard University as a research intern and is a contributor to the Texas Tech University Principal Fellows Program. He is an educator and advocate for public in New Mexico. He is proud to be a part of the Goodwill Board of Directors and is looking forward to enhancing the mission and vision of Goodwill in his community.  He currently resides in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Mark Emanuel Mendoza

Mark Emanuel Mendoza has served the El Paso Independent School District for 31 years  including 16 years as a campus Assistant Principal and Principal as well as  Director of the Office for Pupil Services,  Director for Texas Title I Priority Schools and is currently Director of Student Retention and Truancy Prevention, better known as the state-recognized Alpha Initiative dropout prevention and attendance increase program. He is a graduate of the El Paso Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership El Paso Class 35.  He has also served as an educational consultant for UT El Paso College of Education since 1986.

He has served as President of  the El Paso Administrators Association, Texas Association of  Hispanic School Administrators, Texas Classroom Teachers Association (El Paso Unit) and served for 20 years at the Parliamentarian of the El Paso Council of PTAs and has been the recipient of the Texas Life Membership and Extended Service Awards from Texas PTA.

Mr. Mendoza is a violinist, pianist and vocalist and served as Concert Master of the El Paso Chamber Orchestra under the direction of Dr. Lucy Scarbrough.  He currently is a violinist, vocalist and Business Manager of El Paso’s Mariachi Paso Del Norte.  He also serves as Director of Talent Acquisition for El Paso’s Mariachi Loco Music Festival

Mr. Mendoza is the proud father of Ana Yesenia Mendoza, a student at El Paso ISD’s Silva Health Magnet School who is a Brown Belt in Karate, a talented actor with Kids N Co and plays the violin and cello (like her daddy!).

Jimmy Rogers III

Jimmy is a native of El Paso and earned his BBA degree from University of Texas at El Paso.  Upon graduation from College he began his career in the insurance business with the Hartford Insurance Company in San Antonio, TX, Houston, TX, Atlanta, GA and then Charlotte, NC.  In 1988 he joined the Rogers & Belding Insurance Agency, which became Wells Fargo Insurance Services and is now USI Southwest, Inc.  Past and present service within the community includes serving on the Board of Goodwill Industries of El Paso, The Hyundai Sun Bowl, Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce Board, Leadership El Paso Class XII, Independent Insurance Agents of El Paso Board and the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas Board.  Jimmy holds professional designations of Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Risk Manager.
