Chuck Harre-Board Chair
Dr. Chuck Harré is Vice President of CAS Group, Wyle Corporation located in El Paso, Texas. He leads a technically based team and oversees two offices in El Paso, Texas and Lawton, Oklahoma with employees in other locations throughout the U.S. and several overseas locations.
His education includes a PhD, Electrical Engineering, MS, Electrical Engineering, MA, Business, and BS, General Engineering (Aerospace Engineering) from the United States Military Academy in 1983. Dr. Harré is the Past Chairman of the Board for the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce and served as Chairman of the Armed Forces Division, Business Development Division and Finance Chair. He was also Past-President of the West Point Society for the El Paso Area and served on the Southwest Character Council, as Vice President of the El Paso Teen Challenge Board and Vice President for the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) board and an ordained minister.
Dr. Harré is currently Chairman of a Regional Military Committee for El Paso/FT Bliss, Las Cruces, NM/White Sands Missile Range and Alamogordo, NM/Hollman Air Force Base. Also, he serves on a church board, and assisted in starting two churches. Dr. Harré with his wife, Angela, founded a life skills outreach business which supports over 20 organizations with over 30 topics. Topics range from leadership, relationship strengthening, anger/stress/financial management and suicide prevention/intervention for business professionals, schools and organizations.
In 2011, he was awarded the Veteran Owner Small Business Champion by the Small Business Administration.
Adam G. Amador
Christine Blanco is born and raised in El Paso and has a passion to give back to her community. She brings to the Board over 15 years of Retail Management experience with 8 of those years in HR Management. After learning of the Goodwill Industries mission, she is ready to utilize her skills in helping grow the organization.
Will Brown is a native El Pasoan. Will earned a BA in Economics from the University of Texas. Prior to joining Sonny Brown Associates, Will worked Ten years for Xerox Corporation in Washington DC. Over the last 22 years, Will has worked in brokerage, real estate management, investments and development with Sonny Brown Associates in El Paso. He is a member of (SIOR) the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and currently serves on the Board of the Borderplex Alliance and Goodwill Industries.
Angela Harré was born in El Paso, Texas. She was an adopted child and then later placed in foster care. She has a passion to work with foster/adoptive families, high risk or at risk children as well as the abused and neglected through her life skills outreach program, 2love1 (Two love One). 2love1 is a life skills, relationship enrichment outreach program that she started in August of 2011, with over 30 different topics that are being taught in the community, families and organizations to include over 20 different organizations, such as Child Protective Services, Transitional Living Center, El Paso Community College, the El Paso and surrounding school districts, the El Paso County Prison and more.
Angela is also certified in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST). She also runs a second business in which she trains men and women in distribution of products and services, and helps them become independent business leaders. Angela has also served are several Boards as secretary and treasurer.
After being told she would no longer live in her late 20s, her life was miraculously saved and she has dedicated her life to help others experience the blessings she has received. She had dedicated her life to helping those who especially can’t help themselves!
